Governor Gavin Newsom to give new reopening guidelines 'soon'

We could soon be hearing new instructions from Governor Gavin Newsom regarding reopening and guidelines to getting off the watch list. County Administrative Officer Ryan Alsop saying at this point it's a waiting game.
