Facebook Will Pay Users to Quit the App for Research Into the 2020 Presidential Election

Facebook has announced that as part of a research initiative it will pay its users on both Facebook and Instagram to deactivate their accounts ahead of the 2020 US Presidential Elections. Veuer’s Chandra Lanier has the story.
