Smith says he never influenced any decisions

Former ANC MP Vincent Smith agrees that he knew late BOSASA boss Gavin Watson since the 90’s. Smith says all their meeting was about was his constituency and ANC matters. He dismissed suggestions he had any influence on the department's decision.
