Sexual offenders register to go public

The sexual offenders register will be made publicly available. President Cyril Ramaphosa is working to fight gender-based violence and has listed three new bills to tackle it. Activist, Nelisa Ngqulana, says this is a good sign but it is disheartening that it has taken the president so long to act.
