आरबीआई ने ओरिएंटल बैंक ऑफ कॉमर्स और इलाहाबाद बैंक समेत छह सरकारी बैंकों को आरबीआई अधिनियम की दूसरी अनुसूची से बाहर कर दिया है. इसका मतलब साफ है कि अब इन बैंकों पर आरबीआई के नियम लागू नहीं होंगे.
