Nitish urges voters to exercise their franchise

Chief Minister Nitish Kumar tweeted urging voters in Bihar to exercise their franchise. Nitish Kumar in his tweet said, in democracy casting vote is not just a right but a responsiblity too. He said the voting for 71 seats is underway, take out time to cast your vote.
