Take-Two Interactive have bought Codemasters for nearly $1000 million!

Codemasters is the studio behind the ‘F1’ and ‘Dirt’ franchises, and it has been confirmed by Take-Two that the terms of the deal have been agreed on, and the deal will reportedly be closed in the first quarter of 2021.
