Army pays tribute to martyred BSF SI Rakesh Dobhal

The wreath laying ceremony of BSF Sub-Inspector Rakesh Dobhal was held today at Srinagar, Jammu Kashmir. Rakesh Dobhal lost his life in a ceasefire violation by Pakistan in Baramulla district on 13th November. Watch the video.
