NIA arrests PDP youth leader Waheed Parra for alleged links with Hizbul, Devender Singh

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has arrested PDP youth leader Waheed Parra on the charges of terror conspiracy and for alleged links with Devender Singh and Hizbul Mujahideen commander Naveed Babu.
