Although i-Sinar has been expanded to make more Employees Provident Fund (EPF) contributors eligible to withdraw from their Account 1, there are still complaints about the programme.
On Wednesday, the EPF announced two categories of members eligible to apply to make withdrawals through the i-Sinar facility.
