Malaysia’s foremost economist Royal Prof Ungku Aziz laid to rest

Malaysia’s renowned scholar, Royal Prof Ungku Abdul Aziz, has passed away at the age of 98.

Prof Ungku Aziz died in a hospital in Kuala Lumpur at 4pm on Tuesday.
