PM Modi expresses condolences over Surat accident

Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed condolences over the accident in which 13 people died in Gujarat's Surat and also announced ex gratia of Rs 2 lakh each to the kin of the deceased from the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund (PMNRF).
