'It's 'Desh Nayak Diwas': Mamata attacks Modi government

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee attacked the Centre over the government's decision to observe January 23 as 'Parakram Diwas' to commemorate the birth anniversary of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, saying "it is Desh Nayak Diwas".
