Mob hoists flag on Red Fort ramparts, Who's responsible?

On Tuesday afternoon, Farmers who had vowed to take out a peaceful tractor rally broke all their promises and laid siege to the Red Fort. A large mob then drove to the Red Fort complex, laying a siege and hoisting the Sikh flag of Nishan Sahib at the ramparts used for PM's August 15 speech. Watch the video to know more.
