Former Scopa chairperson testifies at state capture inquiry

The executive failed to stop the widespread breakdown in controlling the country's finances. Godi says there was no follow-through on many decisions that were made. That’s according to former Chairperson of the Standing Committee on Public Accounts, Themba Godi. He's been testifying at the state capture inquiry.
