PM recites Maithili Sharan's poem, talks about opportunities

PM Narendra Modi on Monday addressed the Rajya Sabha. During his address, PM Narendra Modi said that in tough times, the world has eyes on India. PM Narendra Modi also recited a poem of Maithili Sharan Gupt. PM Modi also told Rajya Sabha how Maithili Sharan would have written the poem in the 21st century.
