Locals assess the damage of flash floods after the water level went down in Uttar Pradesh's Saharanpur. Men are seen outside scouting the areas which had been flooded earlier to find cars, trucks and other vehicles washed away by the water. The owner of a car looks dejectedly at his car stuck in the debris while others are also busy recovering their motorcycles from the debris. Trucks and carts overturned and destroyed lay on the banks of the river.
