Premier Mark McGowan casts his ballot early in Rockingham

WA Premier Mark McGowan has cast his vote in the state election. While the polls don't open until March 13, a record number of people have lodged their ballots early. Opposition Leader Zak Kirkup has already effectively conceded defeat.
