Brisbane doctor tests positive to COVID from returned traveller

The Grand Chancellor, a Brisbane quarantine hotel, is in lockdown. There are fears the UK strain of COVID-19 has been transmitted between guests. Genome testing has linked infections in two travellers who were staying on the same floor.
