An honourary member of the board of Down Syndrome Family Network declared that that "We are in a real crisis with regards to our children with regards to disabilities and education."
She did so during a virtual hearing of a Parliament Joint Select Committee on Wednesday that examined the hybrid education system in effect since the COVID-19 pandemic hit Trinidad and Tobago.
