Evacuation orders for parts of NSW Mid North Coast

More than 18,000 residents in NSW have been evacuated from their homes with fresh warnings issued. The Mayor of Port Macquarie-Hastings Council Peta Pinson and the Council's CEO Dr Clare Allen explain the current situation.
