Thousands return home as floodwaters recede in Sydney

The massive clean-up effort in NSW continues as floodwaters recede and more residents are allowed home to survey the damage. The Prime Minister Scott Morrison and NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian are today visiting inundated communities.
