Bengal voting: 0.25 percent voter turnout as of 9 am

As voting in the second phase of assembly election in West Bengal and Assam began at 7 am today. According to the Election Commission, West Bengal recorded a voter percentage of 0.25 percent as of 9 am on Thursday in the second phase of Assembly polls.
