Corona: Breaths stopping without oxygen outside hospitals!

There is a shortage of oxygen occurs in hospitals across the country. Some such pictures are coming to Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh. In an ambulance outside a hospital here, a person is suffering without oxygen. Oxygen reached has reached 20 percent. Ventilators are urgently needed, but beds are not available in hospitals.
