Colombian President announces withdrawal of unpopular tax reforms

Colombia's President Ivan Duque asks Parliament to withdraw a proposed tax reform that set off huge demonstrations in the country, but says he will put forward a new initiative which excludes the most controversial proposals from the previous plan.
