The Prime Minister is calling on those who do not need to move around for any essential reasons to "batten down for the next two weeks."
He did so as a very grim assessment was given by Health Officials regarding the ongoing surge in COVID cases.
This, as the Prime Minister explained why he has not chosen the option of a State of Emergency.
