States battle Covid and vaccine crunch; Maharashtra extends lockdown till May 31; more

After the second wave of Covid-19, oxygen crisis, now several states are battling an acute shortage of Covid vaccines. Maharashtra has decided to suspend its drive to vaccinate people in the age group of 18 to 44 years.
