Maharashtra govt takes U-turn, says No 'unlock' yet

After Maharashtra cabinet minister Vijay Wadettiwar announced a five-level unlock plan for the state on Thursday afternoon, the state government issued a clarification a few hours later stating that no Covid restrictions have been lifted anywhere yet.
