Punjab Govt profiting during crisis? Congress leader replies

It has been revealed that Captain Amarinder Singh's government is buying vaccines from companies and selling them to private hospitals at high prices and these private hospitals are giving these vaccines to people at more expensive prices. Why is the Punjab government doing profiteering even at such a time? Congress spokesperson replied.
