Government brings loan guarantee scheme for tourism sector

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman announced economic reliefs in a press conference on Monday to bring the economy back on track. FM announced a loan guarantee scheme for the tourism sector. The loan will be provided with a 100 per cent guarantee up to Rs 10,00,000 per agency for TTS and up to Rs 1,00,000 for licensed tourist guides, she said. Loans will be provided to the tourism sector under the new credit guarantee scheme for Covid affected areas. Watch the video for more details.
