UP conversion racket: Who is Bilal Philip?

In connection with a widespread conversion racket, two people were arrested by the Special Task Force (STF) of Uttar Pradesh from Delhi. The further investigation by the police have established link of the conversion racket to Zakir Naik and his close aid Bilal Philip.
