Delhi High Court dismisses Chirag Paswan's plea

Chirag Paswan has got a big setback from the Delhi High Court. High Court has dismissed the plea of Chirag Paswan filed against the Lok Sabha Speaker's decision. Chirag Paswan had challenged the decision of the Lok Sabha Speaker in the Delhi High Court recently. It was said in the petition that the decision of the Lok Sabha Speaker to recognize Pashupati Paras as LJP President was wrong. On this, the Delhi High Court said that there is no base of Chirag's filed petition since the matter is with the Lok Sabha Speaker, so he cannot pass any order in this matter. Watch this video.
