UP:Population policy will be implemented again after 5 years

After 5 years the population policy is being implemented again in UP. There is an assembly election next year and 8 months before that the population policy of the Yogi government is coming. The old population policy ended in 2016. Now the Yogi government has decided that the increasing population should be controlled through strict policies for economic progress.
