Pakistan and Burhan Wani connection of Lucknow terror plot

In a major development, two Al Qaeda terrorists were arrested by the Uttar Pradesh Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) from Lucknow on Sunday. A huge amount of explosive material was also recovered from them. A man named Umar Halmandi was giving instructions to these terrorists from the Pakistan/Afghanistan border.
