Kwarteng: No need for shoppers to panic about empty shelves

Business Secretary Kwasi Kwarteng says there is no need for customers to panic whilst shopping amidst concerns supermarkets are struggling to keep shelves stocked due to the number of staff being pinged and self-isolating.
