CDS Gen Bipin Rawat pays tribute to 'Kargil War' heroes in Dras

To pay tribute to the soldiers who lost their lives in the 'Kargil War', Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) General Bipin Rawat lightened up lamps at Polo Ground in Dras in Kargil district. Other officials of the Indian Army also participated in the ceremony.
