Metro Manila placed under ECQ from August 6 to 20

Metro Manila will return to lockdown mode to prepare for a possible surge in COVID-19 cases due to the Delta variant. NCR will be placed under GCQ with heightened and additional restrictions from July 30 to August 5, but will be under ECQ from August 6 to 20.
