The violent clash that took place on July 26 on the Assam and Mizoram border has now become a fight of the nose between the two state governments. On Friday, when the Assam Police summoned the Mizoram Police officials, the Mizoram Police registered an FIR against Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma including 4 senior officers of Assam Police and two bureaucrats.
