సీఎం చంద్రశేఖర్ రావు ప్రకటించిన దళిత బంధు పథకం రాష్ట్ర వ్యాప్తంగా సంపూర్ణంగా అమలు కావాలంటే సుధీర్గ సమయం పడుతుందని, ఆ విషయం చెప్పకుడా దళితులను మభ్యపెట్టే ప్రయత్నం చేస్తున్నారని కాంగ్రెస్ సీనియర్ నేత పొన్నాల లక్ష్మయ్య ఘాటుగా విమర్శించారు.
