Javid asks NHS to prepare to begin vaccinating teens

Health Secretary Sajid Javid says he has asked the NHS to prepare to begin vaccinating 16 and 17-year-olds after the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI) has advised the rollout be extended.
