Kern County Board of Supervisors plan to sue Governor Gavin Newsom over state's fracking ban

On Tuesday, the Kern County Board of Supervisors announced that in a special closed session they approved a plan in a 4-1 vote to sue Governor Gavin Newsom over the state's fracking ban.
