Malacañang downplays COA findings on gov't agencies

Presidential spokesperson Harry Roque on Thursday, August 19, downplayed the severity of state auditors’ findings that several agencies, among them the embattled Department of Health, have unspent funds that could have boosted the government’s pandemic response.
