Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar-led all-party delegation from the state will meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi today seeking a caste-based census.

Meanwhile, former Uttar Pradesh chief minister Kalyan Singh will be laid to rest Monday evening at Rajghat in Bulandshahr’s Narora with full state honours.
