US hits back at Kabul attack ISIS-K planner in Nangarhar

The United States launches retaliatory drone strike on the Islamic state less than 48 hours after Kabul suicide bombings. Islamic State Khorasan's planner was killed in the operation in eastern Afghanistan. ISIS-K group was a target in Nangarhar province.
