Flood-like situation in Dibrugarh as Brahmaputra swells

Water level in Brahmaputra River has crossed the danger mark in Dibrugarh.

Parts of the city are facing flood-like situation. Many people living in low laying areas have shifted to safer places while several others continue to suffer.
