Afghan Crisis: Fissures in Taliban factions

The Taliban are all set to form a government in Afghanistan today, a day later than what was initially forecast. According to reports, Taliban co-founder Mullah Baradar will lead the new government. Now reports have emerged of Taliban fissures over control of certain ministries. Watch the video.
