Russia: Voting underway in parliamentary elections

After months of pressure on the opposition in Russia, voting is now underway in the country's parliamentary elections. The ruling United Russia party had previously polled at only around 30% in surveys, but opposition candidates have run into numerous obstacles, as DW's Emily Sherwin reports.
