Posters welcoming Kanhaiya Kumar installed outside Congress headquarters

Posters put up by Congress workers outside party headquarters in Delhi on Tuesday welcoming Kanhaiya Kumar. Communist Party of India (CPI) leader Kanhaiya Kumar is likely to join Congress Party later in the day. Gujarat MLA Jignesh Mevani will also join Congress party today.
