Brazen car thieves steal steal vehicles as drivers fill up at petrol stations

William Lewis, 37, and Nelson Herne, 42, were jailed after attempting to steal more than a dozen cars from stunned motorists during brazen thefts on station forecourts in Birmingham and Solihull, West Mids, last year.
