Bihar Panchayat elections: Despite fasting women cast votes

Polling for the second phase of the Panchayat elections is going on in Bihar. In the second phase, votes are being cast in 48 blocks of 34 districts. Long queues of voters are seen at polling stations since 7 am. Despite being a festival Jitiya, a large number of women reached the polling station to cast their votes. Watch this video.
